Harish, just wanted to send a quick note to say how much I enjoyed your course. You are a pro. It's pretty tough content for someone not familiar with this space, but your approach really helped. You had lots of practical, real-world examples from your own experience or events in the aviation world. The knowledge checks were very helpful and a great way to gauge what areas I need to dig deeper on. I especially liked how you connected content across the different sections—topics we touched on earlier in the day or earlier in the course were sprinkled throughout other sections to help reinforce the knowledge and solidify the concepts. And your enthusiasm for the subject matter across all course topics really helped keep me engaged (not to mention your expertise which is clearly top notch). Thanks again and well done a comprehensive and well-delivered course!
